Yes! The EC20 supports power via PoE+ through the ethernet port.
You can integrate the EC20 directly with Panopto on firmware 3.3.40 or newer! The EC20 supports a single channel of video, recording locally and streamed and/or uploaded to Panopto after a scheduled event completion.
Yes! When firmware 3.3.40 or newer is installed, you can select Dante in your EC20 input audio settings and route a stereo audio signal (2CH) over the network to the EC20. The EC20 does not support Dante output.
The EC20 has a WebUI, IR remote, and various available APIs including REST, RS232, VISCA over IP, etc., and there are modules from Crestron and QSYS to help with quick integration!
Yes – you can disable the LCD display in the System settings of the EC20 WebUI.

Free firmware updates are accessible for any device paired to an Epiphan Edge™ team, enabling cloud-based control, or through the local admin UI on your device.
While not required for the EC20, remember to register your device here. After registering for the first time, check your junk folder for Epiphan emails.
⚠︎ Important
For clients with firmware 2.0.16 or 3.3.40 installed, there is a known issue where manually upgrading to the latest firmware might take a few tries. This issue is resolved in firmware 3.4.40.
It is highly recommended to follow the steps outlined here if upgrading from firmware versions 2.0.16 or 3.3.40.
