Current Opportunities

As an Account Executive (AE) at Epiphan, you will own the full sales cycle for our AV hardware and cloud solutions — from qualified opportunity to close. You’ll work with higher education institutions, enterprise AV/IT teams, live event service providers, government organizations, and channel partners to solve real-world video workflows. You will collaborate closely with BDRs and internal teams to hit revenue targets and grow accounts.

Note: This position is open to candidates currently located in UK or Europe

Key responsibilities

Full-cycle sales (SQL → Closed Won)

  • Lead discovery calls to understand customer workflows, stakeholders, and success criteria.
  • Deliver product demos and guide evaluations/POCs.
  • Build quotes and proposals, align on next steps, and drive deals to close.
  • Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, and procurement/legal steps.

Pipeline & forecasting

  • Own and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Run weekly forecasting and deal reviews; communicate risks early.
  • Partner with BDRs on outbound strategy to keep pipeline healthy (inbound + outbound + partner-sourced).

Sales & channel collaboration

  • Work with distributors and system integrators to source, progress, and close opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal resources (product specialists, engineering, support) to unblock deals.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to post-sales teams after close.

Account growth

  • Identify expansion opportunities across hardware and cloud products.
  • Support renewals/expansions where applicable.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Quota attainment and new revenue.
  • Pipeline coverage and pipeline generation.
  • Win rate, average deal size, and sales cycle length.
  • Forecast accuracy.
  • Expansion revenue (where applicable).

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive in B2B (hardware, SaaS, or technical solutions).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and running a full sales cycle.
  • Comfortable selling to AV/IT stakeholders (you don’t need to be an engineer).
  • Experience working with channel partners (distributors, system integrators) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and modern sales tools.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency in your work.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $95,000–$115,000 USD
  • Uncapped commission + accelerators
  • OTE: $190,000–$230,000 USD (at 100% quota)

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Epiphan, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers for our AV hardware and cloud solutions. You will connect with higher education institutions, enterprise AV teams, live event service providers, government organizations, and channel sales partners to uncover new opportunities. Through outbound prospecting and inbound marketing efforts, you will ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Target end customers, including universities, corporations, government agencies, and production companies.
  • Identify key decision-makers such as AV/IT managers, system administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools like HubSpot and Apollo.

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and website inquiries.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess customer needs.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) before passing them to an Account Executive.

Sales & Channel Collaboration

  • Work with direct sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with channel partners (distributors, system integrators) to route leads based on geography or vertical.
  • Maintain detailed lead tracking in HubSpot.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Number of qualified meetings booked for Account Executives.
  • Conversion rate from MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead).
  • Pipeline contribution and lead progression to closed deals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or AV hardware sales.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, and similar prospecting tools.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TypeScript / Python, Playwright, UI Automation and experience with video streaming and encoding. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing manual and automated tests for Epiphan Pearl devices and the Multimedia Platform, as well as identifying and reporting software defects to ensure the highest quality of our products.

Note: This position is based in Ottawa, ON, and requires working from the office.

  • Develop and maintain API and End-to-End automated tests using Python, Pytest, and Playwright
  • Create, expand, and maintain existing Playwright component tests for our frontend applications using TypeScript
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functionality, usability, and performance
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools; verify fixes through retesting
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to translate requirements into thorough test coverage

Must have

Onboarding and training are a key part of helping new hires succeed and feel confident in their roles. For employees based in the United States, onboarding and training are conducted remotely. For new hires in Canada (Ottawa), onboarding and initial training take place in person at the office to support team integration and provide hands-on guidance.
