My device is offline

I am not savvy when it comes to connecting the device. It’s offline and I don’t know how to set it up for streaming.

Can anyone help me with this.

Webcaster X2 would need to be connected to the internet either via Ethernet or Wifi. If you are connected to a network using Ethernet but the device is listing as “offline” it’s possible you may have something on your network, like a firewall, that could be preventing Webcaster from reaching the internet.

If you are connecting your device using Wifi, I would recommend verifying and confirming your network settings on the Webcaster X2 under Settings > Network.
