Migrate an Existing Epiphan Cloud Team Owner to Single Sign-On (SSO)

If you are the Owner of an existing Epiphan Cloud Team that you would like to migrate it to use Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication you can follow the instructions below. If you have not yet configured SSO, see: Configuring Single Sign-On (SSO).

  1. Log in to Epiphan Cloud with SSO to create your SSO identity (if needed).

  2. Log out of Epiphan Cloud.

  3. Log in as the Team Owner using the original non-SSO method.

  4. Go to My Team and invite your SSO identity.

  5. Log out and log back in with SSO.

  6. Accept the team invite via Epiphan Cloud or email.

  7. Log out of SSO.

  8. Log back in as the Owner using the original non-SSO method.

  9. Transfer ownership to your SSO identity.

  10. Log out and log back in with SSO.

  11. Accept ownership via Epiphan Cloud or email.

  12. Remove the original non-SSO account from the team.
