Sign up for an Epiphan Connect subscription plan

A paid subscription is required to use Epiphan Connect. To sign up for an Epiphan Connect Plan:

  1. Log in to your Epiphan Cloud account at
    • You must be the Owner of a Team in Epiphan Cloud to interact with Billing and Usage.
  2. In the navigation panel, then click Billing and Usage.
  3. In the Epiphan Connect area, click Subscribe now.
  4. Choose from the PRO plan or the ENTERPRISE plan based on your usage needs. Based on your decision, select either Add billing info or Talk to sales. If you Talk to sales about an ENTERPRISE plan, the sales team will guide you through the rest of the process and you can stop this procedure.
  5. If you selected Add billing info for a PRO plan, enter your billing information and click Confirm billing information.
  6. Click Subscribe in the PRO panel. Click Yes, Subscribe to confirm your subscription. For more information on billing please see, Billing invoice details.
