Using a DVI2USB solo device set at 1 FPS in Version 3.30.2.10 of the Epiphan software, but getting almost 10 FPS capture rate, on the Windows 7 system.
How do we set the DVI2USB solo to get a 1 FPS capture rate? Either video or image capture has the same problem.
When attempting to limit frame rates for capture in the Epiphan Capture tool, does it give you the option at the bottom for “OK, Cancel, Apply” or are you only seeing “Close” as an option?
If “Close” is the option, then the settings will not save. You can fix this by closing the capture tool, right-clicking on the software and selecting “run this program as an administrator.” Once in the application you should now have the appropriate “OK, Cancel, Apply” options which should save the changes.
