Thank you for the information! Can you check these two units to see if they are working now? Our dev team manually pushed the update to the units and they believe this will resolve the problem.

hehe, apparently I have 2 good news and a bad one
the first two, the maj are passed on both devices!
the bad news, the first webcasterx2 was down and ready to go in RMA Canada (I bought a second model, waiting time too long!)
now it also works I now have 1 webcaster too
I do not have to send it back for repair, which is also good news …
Glad to hear that the units are working properly. You can double check that the latest version was applied under Settings -> About device -> Vendor software version. This should now begin with 2.15

Certainly. Please connect the unit once you are able to, and leave it connected until or developers have a chance to address the issue. You can certainly leave the unit unpaired from any of the chosen CDNs
