We just purchased a Webcaster X2 and after updating the firmware it still could not receive video signals from the Blackmagic ATEM Television Studio HD we use. So we put it off to troubleshoot the next day. On powering the next day it did not boot. What could be the problem?

Sorry to hear your Webcaster X2 isn’t powering up! If it just is not turning on at all then it would need to be sent in for replacement (assuming it is under warranty) as this would indicate some kind of hardware failure.
