Using Webcaster X2 with Datavideo SE-500 HD video mixer

I’ve been looking for a good way to produce professional-looking video content for a couple of channels, and have just tested the Datavideo SE-500 HD mixer with my Webcaster - and it all works fine together, including a Sony HDRPJ810, which doesn’t seem to work with the Webcaster on its own.

Thanks for letting us know! The key is for the switcher/mixer to be able to output a progressive 1080p or 720p signal over HDMI. If it does that, then it should work with Webcaster X2.

Tested it with my local supplier, and it seems to be fine . . . . I’ll post a progress report as I do more.
