Always my webcaster download an update the the device reboots but after that nothing happens. The version is always 2.17.12724. After some seconds the process starts again… downloading… rebooting… downloading… rebooting…

Hi Mike, when it mentions the “reboot” are you clicking on the reboot link at the top or manually restarting the unit? If you are manually restarting the unit, press the link instead. If the issue persists, please email info@epiphan.com with the details of your issue, including the serial number and mac address of your unit (found on the sticker on the bottom of the X2) so that further investigation can be done.
I always use the rebootlink at the top!
