Pearl2 streaming contrast issues

Hi. When I stream from the Pearl 2 the contrast is way out compared to the local view. This has been the case for at least 2 years in my experience and the same across different machines, firmware versions, OS, browsers and players.

I have a client who specifically likes white background on their slides and so I have to change all the slides! Is there a work-around or even a fix?

To confirm the local view is fine (display out on Pearl2) but live stream not good.

Hi Dan,

I believe this could be an issue issue we are tracking with certain video sources, we’re currently working on a fix and it should be available in an upcoming firmware update. I’m not able to give a specific timeframe on when that will be released.
