I have just received my new Webcaster X2. But I am not be able to begin set up. Booting doesn’t leave the welcome screen. What happens if power goes off during the firmware update process? This is exactly what happened. The power dropped when I was doing the firmware update. Now it does not leave the home screen and i can’t use the device.

It’s very likely that the firmware update was corrupted if a power failure occurred during the process. please send us an email at info@epiphan.com outlining your issue and include the serial number and MAC address of your unit (can be found on the sticker on the bottom of Webcaster) so that a developer can try to assist you in addressing the likely corruption.
