this is my second x2 cant see anything on the monitor please help
I’m sorry to see you’re running into issues with your monitor and Webcaster X2. There may be a compatibility issue between your monitor and Webcaster. You have sent us a support ticket, so I will coordinate troubleshooting with you via that ticket
I have tried on 2 monitors all are 1080p
And nothing
Steps
1 using the HIMI cable provided by you connect to the monitor to the output of x2
2 connect mouse to usb port
3 connect power
Do I miss anything ?
