Jerks in video || video and audio out of sync

Hi,
I am facing the Jerks in the video while streaming low bitrate.
We checked all the parameters. We found that we have to set a minimum of 1.2 Mbps bitrate for smooth streaming. Suggest me the profile setting for low bitrate streaming.
Sometimes video and audio out of sync in streaming as well as in recording.

Your encoding settings and network bandwidth will directly affect your recording and streaming quality.

If you are looking to stream using a static bitrate of 1200 kbps, you will need to consider standard definition video resolution.

We recommend at the very minimum of 2000 kbps for 1280 X 720, but preferably 4000 kbps.

If you are looking to stream at 1920 X 1080 then we would recommend no less than 6500 kbps, but preferably 8000 kbps for ideal quality.

The “jerks” in the video while streaming are likely caused either by the compression from the low bitrate at higher resolutions, or issues with the available bandwidth. This behavior could certainly break video-audio sync as well.
