DVI2USB3 on Windows 10 Virtual Machine

Hi all,

has anybody ever used the DVI2USB3.0 on a virtual machine?
I’d need to use the DVI2USB3.0 in Windows10 64bit virtual machine running on Parallels Desktop on OSX10.14.1.
Unfortunately the Device Manager shows a driver Error 10 - this device cannot start, and the grabber is not usable.

Any idea on how to fix it? Can the device work on a virtual machine?

Many thanks for any advice.

Unfortunately our signature series devices, and KVM2USB 3.0 are not supported on virtual machines. You should be able to use AV.io HD, AV.io SDI and AV.io 4K on VMs however.

OK, thanks for the feedback Mrenaud.
