Admin login
Full administrative access to your Pearl family device for setup and rescue troubleshooting over the Internet is fast and convenient with the cloud version of the Admin panel. And anyone on your team can access Epiphan Live to remotely control live switching, recording, and streaming for your Pearl-2, Pearl Mini, and Pearl Nexus. You just need to pair your Pearl family device to a team that has an Epiphan Edge Premium plan to access Admin login.
Cloud versions of the Admin panel and Epiphan Live use the same login credentials as the locally accessed web versions. The URL of the local web versions of the Admin panel and Epiphan Live are not the same as the URL of the cloud versions.
Before you begin
Before you can remotely log in to your Pearl family device using Epiphan Edge, you'll need:
- Epiphan Edge that's upgraded with a Premium plan, see Managing your account and changing your plan.
- An admin computer with Internet access.
- A Pearl family device that has Internet access and is paired to your Epiphan Cloud team.

Remotely log in to the Admin panel from Epiphan Edge
Remotely login to the Admin panel from the Devices Dashboard
- From the left navigation bar, select Edge > All Devices to open the Devices Dashboard.
- In the row for the Pearl family device, click the Admin login button. A new tab with a login screen opens.
- Enter your Admin panel login credentials to log in to the cloud version of the Admin panel for that device. The default administrator username is admin.
Remotely log in to the Admin panel from the Device Details page
- From the Devices Dashboard, click the device name or click the three dots at the end of the device's row and select Settings. The Device Details page opens.
- From the Device Details page, click Admin login. A new tab with a login screen opens.
- Enter your Admin panel login credentials to log in to the cloud version of the Admin panel for that device. The default administrator username is admin.

- Remotely log in to the Admin panel.
- From the left navigation bar, select Edge > All Devices to open the Devices Dashboard.
- In the row for the Pearl family, click the Switcher button. A new tab with a login screen opens.
- Enter your Admin panel login credentials to log in to the cloud version of the Admin panel for that device. The default administrator username is admin.
- In the Admin panel, click Epiphan Live. The cloud version of Epiphan Live opens in a new tab in your browser.
