Login and account information
The first time you log in to Epiphan Cloud at go.epiphan.cloud or if you want to access the EU version of Cloud log in to eu.epiphan.cloud. You can choose to authenticate using either a Google account or using an email and password. Your free Epiphan Cloud account is associated with your login method, so make sure you log in using the same method each time. A new Epiphan Cloud account gets created if you authenticate using a different login method.
When you first log in to your Epiphan Cloud account, you're automatically assigned a default team with a free Epiphan Edge plan. You can create multiple teams and purchase a Epiphan Edge Premium plan for each.
To see the billing information and associated plan for a team, choose a team and then select Billing and Usage under the Settings. For more information about managing your account and changing plans, see Managing your account and changing your plan.
To activate a LiveScrypt transcription service or an Epiphan Edge Premium plan, a valid credit card is required. Only the Epiphan Cloud account owner can add plans, modify billing information, and change ownership of Epiphan Cloud teams.
