Webcaster X2 and ATOMOS Shogun Works but

Hi all;
I am using my JVC HM200 to an ATOMOS Shogun
I can use the SDI or HDMI to the Atomos for recording VERY LONG EVENTS.
The webmaster X2 will take the HDMI signal with audio just fine.

My ATOMOS is giving me an output error
“HDMI output audio incompatible.”

What does the HDMI in on the webmaster accept from the HDMI source?

ATOMOS just says it it the device connected that is causing the error.
I am looking for an explanation for why the error is present.
I can hear it on the monitor and the stream. I know it is working - I just want a tech explanation if possible.

Thanks.
-Cheers!

The Webcaster X2 can capture audio at 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz.
Anything out of range of those two frequencies will throw an error on Webcaster X2 itself.
