Pearl 2 SDI problem

Hi there,
I ran into a problem with our brand new Pearl-2 Rackmount.
The image on the two SDI inputs have a periodic jump, link to video below.
I would like to know if that’s a software or hardware issue and most important, what can I do about it ?

note : First time I experienced this, I changed cables and it was fine but back to office when testing, the problem persists event with cable change. This problem never occures in HDMI inputs
