It does not notify me of the YouTube transmission (Because it does not transmit), and false views appear (100 views) and I like that they do not exist (7 likes)

I followed the steps mentioned earlier in the other publication, and the problem continues.
Unfortunately the next step as I had mentioned would be to file a claim or issue with Youtube for them to investigate your account
Me ocurrió lo mismo. La solución:
Desde youtube studio boton crear (arriba y a la derecha) Seleccionar emitir en directo. Se abre el nuevo panel de emisión.
Arriba y a la derecha boton editar ahi darle titulo y descripcion a la emisión.
A la izquierda clickear el icono emitir
A continuación en el epiphan:
Preferences.
Publish destination
Por defecto esta seleccionado “stream now” ahora debe aparecer la opcion con el nombre que le hemos dado en el panel de youtube, seleccionar este ultimo.
Comenzar la transmisión desde el decoder con el icono start.
