Hi just got the DVI2USB 3.0, great product but I am having problems with the auto-restart recording options. I’ve just updated to the latest software too and it still happens.
In Tools -> Options -> Recording I have “Automatically restart recording” ticked. I have “Create a new file every time recording is restarted” and the default suffix of “%04d” and starting with “0”.
The recording starts ok, but if the software tries to re-sync the signal or if I pause the recording in any way, the recorded file is closed and a new one is never opened. I have tried changing the file name including names such as “test1.avi”, “test0001.avi” and “test_0001.avi” but this has no effect.
Any ideas please?
