Change SSD disk pearl 2

I need to change my SSD disk in my Pearl 2. I have some issues with the original disk…
I don´t have the time to send it away. I need to do it myself to save time. We use the pearl every day.
But i couldn´t find any information in the manual or here on how to do it.
I have a new disk. I just need the operative system files.

How to do it?

Unfortunately it’s not possible for a user to replace the internal drive. The Pearl drives are imaged in our manufacturing facility using specialized equipment. You will have to file an RMA with us to get service for this issue unfortunately: https://www.epiphan.com/support/rma-request/
