Hi, I am doing a corporate webcast using MediaPlatform Webcaster. The company requires the bit rate to be set at 750. I set 750 into the Bit Rate settings on the Pearl 2 in the Encoding Tab and the resolution to 1280x720. However, when I start the stream go to the status tab the Bit Rate is much higher.
Is there a way to confirm and set the bit rate at 750?

The status page shows the actual bitrate from the source. The encoded bitrate will be whatever is set in the channel encoding settings.
Please note that your current encoding settings are not recommended. We recommend a minimum of 2000 kbps for 1280 X 720 frame size, but more ideally 4000 kbps.
750 kbps is a severe amount of compression for the frame size. I would recommend lowering your frame size to 720 X 480 (for 16:9 aspect ratio) if utilizing such a low bitrate.

Also, with a bitrates below 1000kbps, you may want to change the encoding from Hardware to Software.
