About this Lecture Recorder Demonstration System
1Note(s) about accessing Epiphan's Live Demonstration Systems:
- Given this is a live system, multiple users may be accessing the system at the same time. In order to demonstrate all the features of a live system, Epiphan has not disabled certain features where users may make changes that will affect others including the links to video streams on this page demonstrating the default demo configuration. In order to reduce the impact, Epiphan will restore the system to a known configuration on a regular basis.
- This products demonstration streams video to a specific HTTP port specified in the URL for the video stream. (e.g. for the URL http://office.epiphan.com:8680/, port 8680 is used to stream video ). This port number can be configured by the Epiphan product's administrator, however some users' firewalls may block the ports chosen by the demonstration system. For example a corporate firewall may block video streaming ports for their users unless they have specific permissions or rules configured by their security administrators. A workaround is to access the demonstration system from a home based internet service, or a public internet access point that allows the video streaming ports through to your computer.
If you have difficulty accessing the demo, please contact us.
