Epiphan Systems stands behind its products with the warranty and support offerings defined below.
Warranty Information
All Epiphan Systems products are provided with 100% replacement warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.

If we determine the product to be defective and it is still under warranty, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.RMAs
An RMA entitles you to ship the defective merchandise to Epiphan Systems.
- Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
- Package the product carefully. Use bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box. Do not use loose Styrofoam packaging (e.g. Styrofoam peanuts), as this can damage electronics.
- Include the product and power supply (if applicable)
Epiphan Systems does not issue refunds for product.
Shipping Terms
The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return of the defective product(s). Epiphan bears the cost of shipping replacement units via Fedex Ground only. Expedited shipping (2 Day and Next Day) is only available for Advance Replacements, but note that the customer bears the cost of this type of shipping.
- Within North America, we will send you a new product within 48 hours of receiving your defective product. Please use UPS, FEDEX or Purolator Courier to return the product.
- In Europe and Asia, we will send you a new product within one week of receiving your defective product.
Advance Replacements
To limit your downtime with an Epiphan Systems product, we will issue advance replacements on RMAs. To do so, we will charge your credit card number with the cost of replacement and will issue a credit once the defective product is received by us.
