RMA Request

Epiphan Systems Inc. ("Epiphan") prides itself in providing a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

If you are the original purchaser of a product bought directly from Epiphan Systems Inc, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product and would like to make a return request under the terms of the warranty applicable at the time of your Epiphan product purchase, please complete this form in order to submit your RMA request. Once the RMA request is submitted, we will issue you a RMA request tracking number and contact you with further instructions regarding your request for the return of your Epiphan product.

A separate RMA request must be completed for every device you are planning to return.

If you bought your product from an authorized Epiphan Reseller, any RMA request will need to be handled by the Reseller that sold you the product.

It is your responsibility to backup all existing data and to delete all existing data before shipping the Product to Epiphan System Inc.. Epiphan System Inc. is not responsible for loss, recovery, or compromise of data existing in returned Product. You warrant that Product does not contain any illegal or confidential data.

Product may be returned to Epiphan only after prior notification and receipt of a Return Material Authorization Number (hereinafter referred to as "RMA Number"). All Product returned under an RMA will be at Buyer's expense and risk. Product returned without a valid RMA Number will be sent back to the Buyer at Buyer's expense and risk.
